Quotations & Samples: Your Questions
Minimum quantities, sample fees, lead times, payment and shipping methods vary by product, process, quantity and destination. These answers reflect current company information; final project terms require mutual confirmation.
Who is SKYWILL?
Based in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China, we provide POD custom products and supply-chain coordination, currently focusing on T- shirts, hoodies and other streetwear.
Are you a trading company or a factory?
SKYWILL reports having POD production capabilities and working with upstream and downstream supply-chain partners. Confirm who manufactures or supplies each product during inquiry.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 12 pieces with the same design and color; sizes may be mixed. Other categories or special processes must be confirmed separately.
Can I order samples first?
Yes. Samples can be prepared before bulk ordering. Listed fees are USD 10 per T-shirt and USD 20 per hoodie. Sample credits against bulk orders may be agreed for each project.
What are the production lead times?
After payment and confirmation, samples typically take 5–7 days and small bulk orders about 5–12 days. Products, processes, quantities and scheduling affect actual lead times.
Are mockups or sample photos approved before bulk production?
Details and quality are confirmed through photos or videos, and physical sample approval can also be arranged. Bulk production starts after final approval.
What logo and branding options are available?
Options include garment sizes and colors, neck and care labels, hangtags, packaging and carry bags. Processes include DTF, DTG, screen printing, embroidery and 3D embroidery, depending on the product and artwork.
What payment methods are available?
After project confirmation, options may include PayPal, credit card, bank transfer and Alibaba transactions. Listed credit card or PayPal fees may be around 3%–5% depending on the payment channel and agreement. This website does not offer online payment.
What shipping methods are available?
For small orders, courier options may include EMS, UPS, DHL, FedEx and TNT where available. Air or sea freight may suit bulk orders. You can also specify a preferred shipping method.
Do quotations include duties and VAT?
Standard courier quotes usually exclude destination duties and VAT. For air or sea freight under DDP terms, confirm included costs individually. Destination regulations, routes and agreed terms affect the final arrangement.
